Shipping F.A.Q.

Update December 2017: Please note that only selected countries will have the option to ship with USPS first class mail, (which does not include all the countries listed above), all countries have the USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL, UPS INTERNATIONAL AND  DHL options, but the most economical option of the USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL will only be available for certain countries. Although I would like to offer the most economical shipping for everybody, in some countries, this economical version simply does not work.

Shipping is one of the things i get asked the most about (and with good reason!) so I will take a moment to answer some of the things that usually come up when speaking with other sisters about it: 

First, do you ship internationally? 

YES! USPS is the most economical shipping service for some international destinations, with USPS first class package you can get tracking information if you are ordering from these countries: 

• Canada,
• Australia,
• New Zealand,
• Belgium,
• Great Britain,
• Germany,
• France,
• Netherlands,
• Croatia,
• Denmark,
• Spain,
• Switzerland
• Israel
• Brazil.

If you are ordering from a different country, I have other shipping services available, like DHL ecommerce, USPS priority mail, and APC Epmi. At the moment, these are not available inmediately during checkout, but you can request a free quote to know the shipping charges in advanced. 

How long does it take for international packages to arrive?

Packages usually take 8 to 15 days on most cases, and on rare cases it can be delayed and arrive in 21 days. 

What about in the U.S.? 

Shipping in the U.S. is now free on all orders, once the packages ship it should reach you between 3 - 5 business days. 

What about lost packages? 

Lost or damaged cases are treated on a case by case basis, since they are few and far in between, I believe a personal conversation with the customer is the best way to asses the options to be taken when a package is taking longer than usual to arrive, or when it has in fact been lost. 

What is the average shipping time to most international locations? 

For usps first class mail: 

For domestic orders, 3 to 5 days after the package has shipped. 

And for international orders, it depends on the country, 

Canada, The Uk, Singapore have the fastest shipping times, usually ranging between 7-10 days, other locations can take a little longer and up to 21 days. 

If you choose the DHL service, you will get your package in 5 days or less.
