Shipping to another country?

We still want to get our products to you! Orders outside our four core countries are handled as a custom order, so just reach out to us at help@claudianour.com or through our chat, and we'll get you a shipping quote and sort out your order directly.

How long will my package take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, generally within 5–10 business days for our core countries. If you're placing a custom order, we'll confirm an estimated delivery window with you before you check out.

A note on customs and import fees

Depending on your country, your package may be subject to import VAT or customs duties collected by your local carrier on delivery. We're continuing to work on including these costs upfront wherever possible, but please keep this in mind for international orders.

If you have any questions, please email help@claudianour.com and we're happy to help!
