Wudhu Prep Tip:
The gloss is wudhu-friendly and not waterproof, so water will pass through. That said, most people find it more comfortable to dab or wipe off the glossy layer before wudhu just to avoid any transfer to your hands. The pink stain underneath doesn't need to be removed at all, t's water-permeable and stays put.
