Now, the first thing is that Acne prone skin needs a 2 way approach: healing from the inside, and healing from the outside.
So, how do you heal your skin?
You give it all the anti- inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-fungal and anti-oxidants ingredients you possibly can!
And that's exactly what I have done, I have done all the research for you, and prepared a nature-given bounty of ingredients, like Jojoba oil, Lavender flowers, Mint leaves,Oats and Clays to be the super heroes of your skin!
How do we use these ingredients to build our skin care routine?
Acne -prone skin needs deep cleansing that it's effective to detoxify pores, but gentle enough to not further irritate the inflammation that's present.
